Solutions Engineer

Tatum is hiring a Solutions Engineer to join our high-impact team supporting leading Web3 projects. This hybrid role blends customer-facing technical consulting, API integration, and support escalation to help clients onboard, scale, and succeed with Tatum's blockchain infrastructure.

You'll work closely with strategic accounts, guiding integration, solving complex technical challenges, and feeding key insights into the product roadmap and support key customers, contributing to both customer satisfaction and internal enablement.

We're looking for someone who thrives in distributed systems, has experience in pre-sales/post-sales engineering, and can translate technical concepts into business outcomes. Bonus points if you're curious about blockchain and passionate about scaling infrastructure for the next generation of Web3 applications.

What you'll do?

1. Design and implement architectural solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
2. Write light code (scripts, SDK integrations, custom workflows) to help customers unlock the full potential of our stack.
3. Collaborate with engineering teams to provide technical oversight and ensure alignment between architectures and development processes.
4. Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, support, and sales to uplevel the full customer experience and close feedback loops faster.
5. Act as the technical point of contact for customers/prospect/partners and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
6. Document architectures, designs, and processes to improve knowledge sharing across teams and act as the voice of the customer.
7. Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
