Role Overview The Sales Officer is responsible for generating business through direct sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of loan or product processes. This role requires proactive engagement with customers and achievement of assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities • Identify and acquire new customers for Secured Business Loan/Micro LAP. • Explain product features, eligibility, and documentation requirements to customers. • Maintain relationships with existing clients and channel partners for repeat business and referrals. • Ensure timely login and disbursal of cases as per company policy. • Achieve monthly sales and collections targets.
Skills & Competencies • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. • Basic understanding of mortgage products, documentation and systems.
Qualifications* • Under-graduate in any discipline.
