Drive sales of secured business loan products including LAP, Mortgage Loans, and other secured funding solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets individually and through the team.
Identify new business opportunities through direct sales, DSAs, connectors, builders, and referrals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers.
Recruit, train, and manage Relationship Officers / Sales Executives.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Conduct daily/weekly sales reviews and performance tracking.
Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to credit policies.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Maintain healthy portfolio quality and control delinquency levels.
