Role Overview The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for driving Personal Loan business in the assigned region through effective team management, channel development, and strategic execution. The role focuses on achieving disbursement targets, improving TPP penetration, maintaining portfolio quality thereby ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales & Business Targets o Responsible for end-to-end processing from logins to disbursement thereby achieving monthly disbursement targets o Driving cross-sell to enhance revenue. o Monitor and maintain portfolio quality.
• Team Management o Recruit, train, manage team of ASM, SM and SO's o Set clear KPIs for the team o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.
• Channel Development o Build and strengthen relationships with DSAs, connectors, and other sourcing partners. o Ensure timely onboarding and compliance of channel partners. o Drive productivity.
• Operational Excellence o Ensure adherence to NBFC policies, documentation standards, and regulatory norms. o Monitor TAT (Turnaround Time) for loan processing and improve efficiency. o Prepare and present regional performance dashboards to senior management.
• Market Development o Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for customer acquisition. o Analyse competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead

Qualifications • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
