Manage & control all operational activities at Storage Hub
Ensure adequate coordination with branch operations and centralized operations team to maintain high quality service and customer satisfaction.
Ensure consistency with main operations center policies, procedures and workflow, while maintaining market specific practices necessary for competitive edge.
Stay abreast of changes related to the mortgage industry and bank changes related to the mortgage department and suggest changes to processes to ensure compliance.
Ensure timely inward of File/Docket /PDD /Tranches dispatched from branches
Managing scanning of Original Property documents and other critical documents as per defined process
PDD acknowledgement in Finone and Bancs system
Query resolution with co-ordination through branches
Timely File reconciliation and publishing MIS to management on defined regular intervals
Timely retrievals of documents as per agreed and defined SLA's
Adherence pre-defined DOA while exercising day today activities
Managing document retrievals for terminated contracts
Verification of Customer acknowledgement for terminated cases in SFDC as per defined process
Checking and ensure timely processing of vendor bills
Co-ordination and document retrievals for various audit activities
Accountable for storage hub operations activities and adhere to TAT and SLAs for all operations activities.
Ensure nil critical and repeated audit observations as well and nil open customer complaints beyond defined time lines
Training to branches on process to ensure smooth functioning

Masters/Postgraduate: Yes
Desired Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years in the field.
