Branch Sales Manager

Role Overview: The Branch Sales Manager leads the branch sales team to achieve business targets, drive customer acquisition, and ensure operational excellence. This role involves team management, strategic planning, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive branch-level sales targets for Secured Business Loan/Micro LAP.
• Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Officers.
• Monitor daily activities and performance of the sales team.
• Develop and implement local marketing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and conversions in CRM.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing.

Skills & Competencies:

• Leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of mortgage products, documentation and systems.

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
