1. Business Development & Sales Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursal targets through the DSA channel. Identify and onboard quality DSAs to expand sourcing capacity. Drive sales for assigned loan products through existing and new DSAs. Conduct regular market visits and fieldwork to ensure active engagement with DSAs.
2. DSA Channel Management Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs to ensure consistent business flow. Provide training and support to DSAs on product features, compliance, and documentation. Track DSA performance and ensure timely resolution of issues or escalations.
3. Operational Excellence Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per internal and regulatory norms. Coordinate with internal teams like Credit, Operations, and Collections for smooth disbursal and post-disbursal support. Monitor and control Cost of Acquisition (COA) and payout structures.
4. Portfolio Quality & Risk Management Ensure sourcing of high-quality customers and monitor delinquency levels. Work with the credit and collections teams to manage early bucket delinquencies. Enforce strict adherence to KYC, AML, and company policy guidelines.
5. Reporting & MIS Maintain daily/weekly MIS of business performance and DSA productivity. Report area performance and suggest actionable strategies for improvement.
Education: Graduate (mandatory), MBA or PG in Sales/Marketing preferred.
