The Product Automation Support Specialist will provide administrative and operational support to the Product Automation team. This role involves coordinating project activities, documentation, and facilitating communication and meetings among team members and stakeholders. In addition, responsibilities will include observing and documenting Teammate process workflows, identifying workflow challenges and inefficiencies, sharing outcomes with the Digital Team, and validating the performance of GenAI tools and solutions implemented on TaskUs campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in AI and technology.
