The pay range is $68,800.00 - $123,800.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. As a UX Operations Manager, you will play an important role in enabling our design and operations teams to move efficiently and with speed. Our UX Design Operations practice focuses on the orchestration and optimization of the people, processes, and tools necessary to support UX at scale across the Target enterprise. You will apply foundational design program management skills to help maintain and support best practices for how our UX teams work together, how work gets done, and how operational inputs are captured and shared.
In this role, you will support design enablement efforts by managing day-to-day UX tools and systems, coordinating operational communications, fostering community across the UX organization, and supporting data collection and reporting. You will work closely with designers, researchers, content designers, accessibility practitioners, and senior UX Operations partners to ensure teams have the access, information, and resources they need. You will also be expected to build comfort with AI-enabled capabilities within our tool ecosystem, using them thoughtfully to improve efficiency, documentation, communication, and operational workflows.
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
