The purpose of the Merchandising – Process & Operations team is to support the merchandising organization through creating processes, driving role clarity, training, and advancing technology in partnership with the product team, to enable the core teams to maximize business results. The team plays a key role in establishing and sustaining process efficiency and consistency. Consistency across roles, process and technology is a critical enabler that increases efficiency and broadens our Merchandise teams' ability to deliver relevant assortments to our Guests.

You will also influence Merchandising and Roundtable leadership to gain alignment on processes and activities involving Merchandising functions. You will partner with other Roundtable Operations teams, ensuring the voice of the merchant is included in process redesign and alignment conversations that expand outside of Merchandising.

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
