Working within Guest Marketing Strategy, you will serve as a brand builder, business driver, and connector across the enterprise. You'll lead the development of consumer-centric, culturally relevant marketing strategies that build brand equity, strengthen consumer relevance, and drive business results. You will partner across marketing, digital, loyalty, Roundel, merchandising, and enterprise teams to bring strategic objectives to life across the marketing and digital ecosystem. Your commitment to collaboration will rally internal and external partners around a unified strategy and shared outcomes.
As Director Guest Marketing Strategy, A&A you will lead a team of marketers, leveraging your leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to grow the brand and the Apparel & Accessories business. You'll deliver annual and quarterly guest marketing strategies, as well as monthly and weekly plans and investments, that align consumer, business, and brand outcomes.

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
