The role of Ticketing and Support Services Coordinator is to manage customer inquiries related to the Tao Rewards Loyalty Program, handle all customer inquiries related to online ticket sales across the company's portfolio of venues, and perform the full cycle of event planning, event creation, and on-sale through The Company's ticketing system.

Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Responds to all end-customer support inquiries related to Tao Rewards Loyalty Program
  • Responds to all end-customer support inquiries related to online ticketing
  • Maintain an efficient level of cooperation with Concierge Center in handling customer support services
  • Handle communication to ticket holders regarding talent cancellation and major event updates
  • Assist in processing bulk event refunds as necessary
  • Assist in maintaining the programming for a roster of events into our Ticket Management System for all venues
  • Program promotional campaigns through our ticketing capabilities to support marketing activities
  • Proactively provide accurate ticketing reports and analysis to internal departments and stakeholders
  • Assist and/or complete additional tasks as assigned

Education/working knowledge:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer service and ticketing platforms
  • Understanding of the ticketing and entertainment industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate support responses
  • Excellent computer skills – proficient with MAC iOS and MS Office products Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to clean and preprocess raw data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness before analysis.
  • Ability to work to deadlines demonstrating excellent time management skills
  • Ability to improve operational processes and efficiencies
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Professional conduct when handling sensitive and embargoed information
  • Able to successfully handle multiple priorities
