We're hiring a smart generalist to join our small, elite team in Austin, TX to live at the intersection of product solutions, account management, and go-to-market. This is an excellent opportunity to build a core pillar of the business from the ground up, have a direct impact on the customers, product, and bottom line of the company, with the expectation to grow into new roles over time.

Tank is a fast-growing fintech startup that's re-imagining payments and banking in the trillion-dollar logistics industry. We're adding >100 new customers per month and grew payments 500% in the last 12 months. We are backed by top-tier Silicon Valley VC's (YC, Greylock, etc.), win industry awards and accolades, and have a fiercely loyal customer base.

• We've grown our payments business 500% over the past 12 months with dozens of high-value accounts. Tank is a critical component of our customers' businesses, and we need high-agency individual to own their success from the sales funnel to product implementation to ongoing success.
• Our customers are financial institutions demanding features and product enhancements faster than we can keep up. You will help us close the sale, become their trusted advisor, and act as the ambassador to Tank's product and engineering teams to maximize their success.

What You'll Do

• Interface with financial institution customers, driving product engagement and monetization
• Own end-to-end implementation & success, picking up customer relationships mid sales funnel and seeing them through full implementation
• Monitor and improve core engagement metrics – turn users into multi-product, power users
• Deliver educational content and self-serve materials to customers and prospects
• Define and scope software and financial engineering solutions to meet customer needs
• Act as the voice of the customer to engineering, helping prioritize the roadmap and refine UX
• Launch fast, iterative experiments—including prototypes using AI and third-party integrations

You Might Be A Fit If

• 2-4 years in a product or solutions role, ideally at a fintech or B2B SaaS startup
• Strong command of product engagement, monetization strategy, and customer success best practices
• Comfortable with a variety of data-querying methods, and interpreting transactional or behavioral datasets
• Confident working with cross-functional teams (engineering, support, sales)
• Strong visual communicator: able to craft quick, clear mockups and product proposals
• Startup DNA: bias for action, thrive in ambiguity, own outcomes; you may be a former or future company founder
• Experience in fintech, proficient with financial concepts
• Technical background (CS degree or relevant experience)
