Culture Outaouais is a non-profit organization that supports the development of professional and emerging artists, cultural workers, and managers of cultural organizations and businesses in the Outaouais region. Its mission is to offer consulting services and training that meet the professional and organizational needs of the community, while valuing, representing, and promoting the regional cultural sector. The team, composed of eight multidisciplinary professionals, provides services to more than 300 members.

Tout Culture, powered by Culture Outaouais, is a collaborative platform that brings together and promotes the cultural offerings of Culture Outaouais members. It facilitates access to events and workshops for the public and raises awareness of the issues of discoverability. The Culture Outaouais team manages the platform and the creation of promotional content in line with its mission and values.

Under the supervision of the digital director, the holder of this position will coordinate and implement the communication and marketing activities of the Tout Culture platform. They will actively contribute to increasing the visibility of the platform, promoting its content, and engaging target audiences, in collaboration with the team, partners, and collaborators.

Tasks and responsibilities include:

• Implementing the integrated communication strategy in line with visibility and discoverability objectives
• Planning, producing, and disseminating engaging content tailored to target audiences (B2B/B2C)
• Managing the planning, creation, and publication of content on social media (Facebook, Instagram)
• Animating online communities and promoting member initiatives
• Enhancing content using visual formats inspired by trends (reels, videos, portraits, etc.)
• Coordinating thematic campaigns, contests, and visibility initiatives
• Updating the website (WordPress) and ensuring the quality and relevance of the information disseminated
• Managing editorial production (articles, magazine, newsletters) and the freelance bank
• Collaborating with cultural and regional partners and media
• Representing Tout Culture at public events
• Evaluating the performance of communication actions using relevant indicators

Profile sought includes:

• Education in communication, marketing, journalism, digital media, or a related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience
• Excellent command of French and English, both orally and in writing
• Strong writing skills and ability to popularize content
• Proficiency in digital tools (WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, analytics tools)
• Experience in managing communities and animating social networks
• Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills
• Initiative, versatility, and ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong interest in the cultural sector and Culture Outaouais’ mission (asset)
• Visual creation skills and SEO knowledge (assets)

Working conditions include:

• Full-time position for 12 months, with the possibility of extension
• 35-hour weekly schedule, from Monday to Friday
• Hybrid work mode (minimum two days per week in-office at the bureau)
• Hourly wage between $25 and $34, depending on experience and applicable scale
• Accrued holidays according to the Labor Standards Act (1 day per month worked)
