Job Purpose:

Assists the candidates with web-based tests included in workforce development initiatives.

Duties:

1. Provides orientation sessions to groups of 20 or more job candidates, including orientations about the company as well as the assessment process.
2. Proctors computer-based testing sessions.
3. Light repairs on electrical, mechanical, and electronic equipment as needed.
4. Scores application screening.
5. Schedules candidates as needed.
6. Conducts basic data entry.
7. Prepare reports about assessment activities as needed.
8. Attend staff meeting as needed.

Knowledge/Skills:

1. Demonstrate strong communication skills both verbal and written.
2. Demonstrate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Applications.
3. Demonstrate outstanding customer service to both the client and job candidates.
4. Strong computer skills.

Abilities:

1. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
2. Demonstrate strong work ethic and attention to detail.
3. Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing work schedules, responsibilities and job demands.
4. Demonstrate willingness and ability to learn and apply new information quickly.
5. Demonstrate willingness to work all shift, overtime and weekends as needed.

Educational Background:

1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
2. An associate's degree in human resources management, communications, education, IT or a closely related field is preferred.

Experience:

1. Requires any public contact or customer service experience
