Sourcing Lead HR Services EMEA

At PPG, we protect and beautify the world. As our new Sourcing Lead HR Services EMEA, you will play a key role in shaping how we source and manage HR-related services across the region. You will lead strategic sourcing initiatives, foster supplier relationships, and unlock value across categories such as Contingent Labor, Payroll, Learning & Development, and more.

Your Impact

You will manage sourcing activities across South EMEA, ensuring alignment with global strategies and delivering measurable value. You will also support Professional Services sourcing—particularly in the French market—where your language skills and market insight will be essential.

Your responsibilities

• Minimum of 6 years' experience in strategic sourcing within HR or Professional Services.
• Proven success in managing regional or global projects and supplier negotiations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently, influence stakeholders, and lead change.
• Experience with e-sourcing tools and performance tracking.
• Fluency in English and French is preferred.
