Job Description

As a Service Technician, you will be part of the Field Service department. The Field Service department ensures absolute certainty for our installation partners and the users of our products.

As a Service Technician, you will be primarily responsible for solving (complex) technical malfunctions of our products in your region. Additionally, you will perform the commissioning of heat pump installations, often together with the installer. Each day is different as you visit various clients. You work independently and discuss the completed work with the installer. To help our customers in the evenings and weekends, you will be periodically scheduled in a contingency service roster.

• good at handling the necessary applications on your laptop and smartphone;

What are the requirements?

• You have a completed training in Installation Technology at least at MBO 3 level;
• You speak the language of the installer and have at least 3 years of demonstrable experience in solving malfunctions, preferably with Nefit and Bosch products;
• You have a valid Craftsmanship CO certificate.

What do we find even more important?

• You have experience with heat pumps and air conditioners;
• You possess an F-gases certificate;
• You possess a VCA certificate;
