Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you will be part of the Field Service department. The Field Service department ensures absolute certainty for our installer partners and the users of our products.

As a Service Technician, you will be primarily responsible for solving complex technical issues with our products in your region. Additionally, you will perform the commissioning of heat pump installations, often in collaboration with the installer. Each day is different as you visit various clients. You will work independently and discuss the work performed with the installer. To assist our customers in the evenings and weekends, you will be periodically scheduled in a contingency service roster.

• able to handle the necessary applications on your laptop and smartphone;

Qualifications:

• You have a completed training in Installation Technology at least at MBO 3 level;
• You speak the language of the installer and have at least 3 years of demonstrable experience in solving malfunctions, preferably with Nefit and Bosch products;
• You have a valid Craftsmanship CO certificate.

We also consider it important that you:

• have experience with heat pumps and air conditioners;
• have an F-gases certificate;
• have a VCA certificate;
