Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you will be part of the Field Service department. The Field Service department ensures absolute certainty for our installer partners and the users of our products.

As a Service Technician, you will be primarily responsible for solving (complex) technical malfunctions of our products in your region. Additionally, you will perform the commissioning of heat pump installations, often in collaboration with the installer. Each day is different, and you will visit various customers. You will work independently and discuss the work performed with the installer. To help our customers in the evenings and weekends, you will be periodically scheduled in a contingency service roster.

• can handle the necessary applications on your laptop and smartphone;

Qualifications:

• You have a completed training in Installation Technology at least at MBO level 3;
• You speak the language of the installer and have at least 3 years of demonstrable experience in solving malfunctions, preferably with Nefit and Bosch products;
• You have a valid Craftsmanship CO certificate.

What we find even more important:

• You have experience with heat pumps and air conditioners;
• You have an F-gases certificate;
• You have a VCA certificate;
