Job Description

As a Service Technician, you are part of the Field Service department. The Field Service department ensures absolute certainty for our installer partners and the users of our products.

As a Service Technician, you are primarily responsible for solving (complex) technical malfunctions of our products in your region. In addition, you perform the commissioning of heat pump installations, often together with the installer. Every day is different, and you visit various customers. You work independently and discuss the work performed with the installer. To help our customers in the evenings and weekends, you are periodically scheduled in a contingency service roster.

• can work well independently, but you are also a team player;
• can handle the necessary applications on your laptop and smartphone;

What are the requirements?

• You have a completed training in Installation Technology at least at MBO 3 level;
• You speak the language of the installer and have at least 3 years of demonstrable experience in solving malfunctions, preferably with Nefit and Bosch products;
• You have a valid Craftsmanship CO certificate.

What do we find even more important?

• You have experience with heat pumps and air conditioners;
• You have an F-gases certificate;
• You have a VCA certificate;
