Commercial Real Estate Manager

Trabajará para conseguir la máxima eficiencia en la comercialización de los activos inmobiliarios incluidos en su ámbito de actuación y la consecución de los objetivos fijados. Será la persona encargada de gestionar los perímetros de subasta y cesiones de remate. Asimismo, participará en la venta de préstamos.

Your responsibilities include:

• Gestionar los perímetros de Subastas y Cesiones de Remate: Moving the stock between intermediaries/APIs/investors, filtering leads, reviewing authorized prices, coordinating information with our Field/Red Api, negotiating authorizations with the client, reviewing web publications, and setting clear objectives for converting stock into cash.
• Participating in loan sales.
• Capturing clients.
• Following up on operations from start to finish.
• Constant telephone management.

Required skills include:

• Knowledge of the real estate sector. Experience in managing the sale of real estate.
• Knowledge of NPL is valued.

Experience:

1. Between 1 and 3 years.

• Results-oriented and commercial profile.
