Your role will involve:

• Promoting a zero-harm culture and ensuring a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment.
• Ensuring compliance with MAXAM and client safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Leading safety audits, incident investigations, and training programs for staff, contractors, and clients.
• Identifying hazards and improvement opportunities, ensuring non-recurrence of incidents.
• Leading site teams with accountability and motivation, managing performance and development.
• Developing talent in key areas such as Project Management, HSE, TAP, and Maintenance.
• Ensuring project KPIs are met through continuous monitoring and reporting.
• Implementing standardized processes and best practices across operations.
• Managing CAPEX and resources within budget.
• Supporting the transition from business development to operations and implementing TAP services.
• Ensuring maintenance programs and quality controls are executed effectively.
• Owning the P&L of assigned projects and driving profitability improvements.
• Implementing financial control processes and monitoring efficiency initiatives.
• Ensuring DSO ratios are met and financial reporting is timely and accurate.
• Planning and controlling inventory levels, ensuring minimum stock and quality of raw materials.
• Maintaining accurate short- and medium-term production forecasts.
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, managing contractual obligations and service delivery.
• Ensuring contract terms are followed and objectives are met within agreed timeframes.
• Leading productivity and innovation initiatives to enhance value for MAXAM and clients.
• Introducing new products and technologies, and providing training on their application.
• Optimizing drilling and blasting practices in collaboration with clients.

We're looking for an experienced Engineer with knowledge of Drill & Blast Operations, solid experience in project and team management within mining environments, strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
