Network Architect

Are you an experienced network architect with 6 - 10 years of expertise in designing and leading corporate connectivity solutions?

At Maxam, we're looking for a talented professional to join our global and multicultural team, driving high-impact international projects in a dynamic and innovative environment.

What you'll do:

• Design and optimize network architectures (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, SASE, firewalls).
• Lead technical teams and vendors to deliver robust connectivity solutions.
• Ensure secure and efficient communication between international sites.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to infrastructure standardization across global IT teams.

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in corporate networking and secure communications.
• Solid knowledge of Fortinet, Netskope, Azure, VMware, Microsoft 365.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (minimum B2/C1).
• Relevant certifications (CCNP, NSE, PMP or similar) are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally (4–6 weeks/year).
• A valid work permit is required
