Are you passionate about employment law and union relations? At OneSubsea, the company is looking for a Compliance and Union Relations Representative to strengthen HR team in Norway. This role can be based in Oslo (Lysaker) or Bergen (Sandsli).

In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor on all matters related to employment law, union relations, and compliance. You'll collaborate closely with HR, management, and employee representatives to ensure consistent, fair, and compliant HR practices across our organization.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of law, HR, and industrial relations, supporting a global organization with a strong local presence.

Your responsibilities include:

• Advise on union agreements, employment contracts, and Norwegian labor law.
• Represent the company in negotiations and discussions with union representatives.
• Support compliance with internal policies, legislation, and ethical standards.
• Review and update employment contracts and HR policies.
• Provide guidance on disciplinary, restructuring, or legal employment cases.
• Partner with HR and management on workforce planning and employee relations.

Required skills include:

• Min. 3 years of experience within HR, compliance, or labor relations.
• Strong understanding of Norwegian employment law and union structures.
• Background in HR, legal (junior lawyer), or industrial relations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Resilient, structured, and confident in handling complex employee matters.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English.
