We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead Salesforce to design and develop our clients' applications. As an expert in the solution, you will lead the technical team on your projects within our teams. You will play a key role in the success of projects and in the skills development of the team.

Your missions:

• Imagine, design and realize the projects of tomorrow on the Salesforce platform by proposing the most suitable solutions to the needs of our clients.
• Supervise and support Salesforce developers and promote the skills development of the team: contribute to the definition of good practices, role of guarantor for other developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration and deployment of solutions in production.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform by proposing optimizations and innovations.
• Design, develop and configure advanced functionalities in Salesforce (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).

Experience of at least 7 years on the Salesforce platform in complex environments, ability to supervise a team and share your good practices, collaborative spirit and service sense, mastery of integration environments and deployment processes.

Expertise on Salesforce: standard and customization of the Salesforce platform, deep knowledge of Salesforce development languages (Apex, LWC and Visualforce), deep knowledge of Salesforce APIs, CI/CD tools (implementation and use of the main solutions on the market), understanding of Datacloud and Agentforce.

Several certifications are required: App Builder, Platform Developer I, and at least one certification of the Technical Architect path.
