We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead Salesforce to design and develop our clients' applications. As an expert in the solution, you will lead the technical team on your projects within our teams. You will play a key role in the success of projects and in the skills development of the team.
Your missions:
Experience of at least 7 years on the Salesforce platform in complex environments, ability to supervise a team and share your good practices, collaborative spirit and service sense, mastery of integration environments and deployment processes.
Expertise on Salesforce: standard and customization of the Salesforce platform, deep knowledge of Salesforce development languages (Apex, LWC and Visualforce), deep knowledge of Salesforce APIs, CI/CD tools (implementation and use of the main solutions on the market), understanding of Datacloud and Agentforce.
Several certifications are required: App Builder, Platform Developer I, and at least one certification of the Technical Architect path.
