We are looking for a Data Analytics Engineer to join our team in Paris. You will be responsible for designing and deploying high-performance data analytics solutions, leveraging Azure and Microsoft Fabric technologies.

Your role on our projects will involve:

  • Setting up a modern data platform
  • Connecting real-time operational applications

Within project teams, your role will be to:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end data analytics solutions using Azure and Microsoft Fabric
  • Design and optimize data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines for efficient processing
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Implement data governance and security measures to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Develop and maintain data warehouses and data lakes with Azure technologies
  • Create and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures for data analysis
  • Use Microsoft Fabric to create and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Continuously monitor and optimize data analytics processes to improve performance and efficiency

Within the Tech For Data division, you will contribute to the growth and prosperity of the community through the following activities:

  • Benchmarking solutions and providing consulting to our clients on adopting the right technological solutions in line with their needs
  • Conducting Proof Of Concept (POC)
  • Sharing knowledge and conducting internal training
  • Obtaining certifications
  • Conducting technology watch
  • Participating in the writing of responses to calls for tenders

You hold a degree in computer science, data, or equivalent, and have at least 5 years of experience in data integration, processing, and quality. You have implemented complex data flows on Microsoft Azure, and ideally, you also have experience with other data processing solutions.

You have experience working in environments that integrate Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data services, including:

  • Azure Data Factory
  • Azure SQL
  • Azure Synapse (SQL pool, Spark pool)
  • Azure Blob Storage
  • Azure Data Lake

You are familiar with data modeling principles and data architectures such as Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Datamarts. Knowledge of the Data Vault model would be an asset.

You are comfortable in environments with complex and scalable data models, and you know how to adapt your solutions to business needs.

With excellent interpersonal skills, you are recognized for your ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are a force of proposal, capable of mobilizing around your ideas and projects.

Finally, you easily evolve in a DataOps context, with good knowledge of CI/CD chains (GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.)

Mastery of the Agile methodology is a plus.
