Job Description

Define the IT support strategy and roadmap, in line with business and IT needs.

Supervise daily activities, ensure compliance with SLA/KPI, manage the budget and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

Pilot external providers and promote collaboration with internal teams.

Deploy innovative tools and solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.

Ensure compliance with ITIL standards, cybersecurity rules, and governance best practices.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in IT support, including 3+ years in team management.

Expertise in defining strategy and managing international service desk.

Mastery of ITSM tools.

Ability to manage external suppliers and partners.

Fluent in French and English.

Experience in a high-end or luxury environment is a plus.
