Job Description
In the context of our development in Switzerland, we are looking for a passionate Key Account Manager for IT project sales and strategic account management. You will be responsible for developing a high-value client portfolio, relying on our comprehensive project services (Build, Run, Change) and our sector expertise.
In direct connection with the commercial direction and the partner practices, you will be in charge of:
- Developing and managing a portfolio of strategic accounts, in synergy with our BU directors and our internal presale teams;
- Identifying and qualifying opportunities with our clients;
- Leading the entire complex sales cycle (qualification, responses to calls for tenders, negotiation and closing);
- Building differentiated value propositions co-branded with our strategic partners;
- Working closely with internal practices (consultants, architects, project managers, functional experts) to offer the best response to client challenges;
- Ensuring the follow-up of the commercial pipeline and reporting in Salesforce.
Qualifications
Profile sought:
- You have successful experience (8 years+) in IT project sales and/or T&M, ideally within an integrator or an ESN.
- You master complex B2B sales cycles (multi-interlocutors, C-level, long cycles).
- You have direct experience with at least one major publisher (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft, etc.) and understand the Channel & Partner Program logics.
- You ideally have expertise in an industry sector: Public / Finance / Luxury / Retail / Energy ...
- You are recognized for your hunter and farmer skills: structured, results-oriented, and capable of creating and developing long-lasting trust relationships.
- Your key strengths: relational excellence, team spirit, business vision, and natural leadership.
