Job Description

As a Data Engineer, you will play a key role in the development, improvement and maintenance of Marketing Data Services within the Bank. You will actively contribute to the implementation of a reliable and unified Single Source of Truth, serving all specialized teams in Data Services.

You will participate in the construction of reusable Data Products, compliant with CI/CD practices and aligned with the internal standards of quality and excellence in Data Engineering.

You will be responsible for the technical quality of the team's deliverables and will contribute to establishing a true culture of excellence.

Your main responsibilities

• Participate in the definition of target solutions around common data products, promoting a Single Source of Truth.
• Translate business needs into concrete solutions and collaborate with data architects, data modelers, data engineers and analysts.
• Maintain and evolve existing solutions while building target solutions.
• Supervise, challenge and validate deliverables (flows, documentation, processes...) to ensure their quality and reusability.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and ensure their alignment with the team's best practices in Data Engineering.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and ensure that automated tests are implemented and maintained.

Qualifications

Competencies and qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering (BAC +5).
• Perfect mastery of French and English.
• Confirmed experience in ETL and in cloud environments. Experience in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) is a real asset.
• Mastery of Snowflake, DBT or similar technologies highly appreciated.
• Ability to read, understand and update logical and physical data models.
• Experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and version management.
• Very good knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
• General knowledge of banking products and financial processes.
• Knowledge of T24 Data constitutes an additional advantage.
