Supply Chain Consultant D365 F&O (Support)
Reporting to the Director of Client Care, the D365 F&O Supply Chain Consultant is a member of the client service (support) team. You will play a key role by working on application support and continuous evolution mandates, supporting our clients in resolving incidents, optimizing existing processes, and deploying new logistics functionalities in multiple fields, including warehousing, inventory, purchasing, sales, distribution, and production management.
As a recognized expert of the Supply Chain module on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, you will transform your know-how into added value for our clients by ensuring the longevity, performance, and evolution of their ERP solutions.
Your mission consists of:
- A. Business Knowledge
- Diagnose client business needs and reported incidents to translate them into robust corrective or scalable solutions in D365 F&O.
- Analyze and resolve complex issues in key logistics modules (WMS, inventory management, procurement, sales, demand planning, production management) of D365 F&O.
- Maintain constant technological watch on the evolution of the D365 F&O Supply Chain module and advise clients on their potential for continuous improvement.
- B. Operational Excellence
- Guarantee the quality of interventions and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), including effort estimations.
- Keep functional documentation up to date and develop resolution guides and knowledge base articles.
- Demonstrate proactivity and autonomy in researching information to resolve complex cases or those outside your area of expertise.
- C. Knowledge Sharing
- Actively contribute to the development and sharing of internal best practices for support and problem resolution.
- D. Collaboration and Team Spirit
- Work in synergy with technical teams for efficient incident resolution and lead follow-up meetings with clients to provide proactive advice on the evolution of their solution.
- Manage support cases in collaboration with Microsoft's product and engineering teams, as well as with vertical partners.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience with ERPs, with significant experience in application support or post-implementation continuous improvement, ideally in a consulting role.
- Technical Expertise:
- Advanced mastery of Microsoft D365 F&O (AX), specifically the Logistics and Supply Chain modules, with a strong ability for diagnosis, problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Advanced mastery of the retail module is a major asset.
- D365 F&O Achievements: Proof of successful experience in resolving complex issues and optimizing logistics processes on D365 F&O.
- Operational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to quickly diagnose complex issues, guide clients in their evolution choices, and manage priorities in a support environment.
- Certification: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management certification (a major asset).
- Communication: Good oral and written communication skills, in French and English, to communicate with clients located across North America.
