This position is based in Montreal, Canada and requires relocation on site. We offer relocation support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Support (L1/L2)

o Provide 24x7 "trade floor" support for Treasury and Capital Markets platforms globally

o Troubleshoot pricing issues, STP failures, and system administration tasks

o Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve incidents

o Participate in on-call rotation as required

• Application & Technical Analysis

o Translate business requirements into technical specifications

o Liaise between Treasury users, developers, and project teams

o Document processes, requirements, and system configurations

• Project Delivery

o Support project implementation and timely delivery

o Develop and execute test scripts for new releases

Qualifications

Essential:

• FO Application Support: Proven track record supporting a FO or Trading system application for Fixed Income or Treasury desks with Knowledge of Kondor+ Application within an investment bank.

• Financial Markets Knowledge: Solid understanding of capital markets products, particularly Fixed Income and Rates with a focus on Treasury.

• Migration: Experience with a major application migrations or upgrades

• Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to collaborate with project teams, end users, and business stakeholders

• Technical Skills: Unix/Linux, SQL, Control-M, Shell Scripting

• Professional Attributes: Client-focused approach with strong deadline and SLA adherence

Desirable:

• 7-8 years experience working in the financial services industry

• Development background working on Kondor + within an investment bank.
