As an Account Manager Banque H/F, your challenges will be the following:

  • Participate in the definition of the sector/account strategy in the short, medium, and long term (and break it down) with the different reference actors of the Finance team (Experts, Managers, Sales…)
  • Identify and develop the matrix of contacts and decision-makers to accompany our clients, in line with our strategy and the catalog of our offers
  • Develop the turnover and ensure the brand Talan’s visibility
  • Ensure the follow-up and the ramp-up of the devices and services in progress on the perimeter that will be entrusted to you
  • Identify new targets and new prospecting opportunities on your perimeter
  • Be a true orchestrator of the pre-sales phases in close relation with the group BUs and regions
  • Follow the cases on the administrative and financial plan from the beginning to the end of the process

Titulaire d'une formation supérieure de niveau Bac+ 5, type Ecole d'ingénieur or commerce, you have a successful experience of at least 5 years in complex sales in ESN or sales in consulting firms with at least a first approach to the finance sector.

The knowledge of the ecosystem of the finance market is a prerequisite for this position.

You have demonstrated in your previous experiences, a keen sense of responsibility and a strong autonomy.

You have the ability to rally around you, to coordinate different teams and are proactive to launch innovative initiatives to capture business in a sector in full transformation.
