Where You Make An Impact:

• Leading a four-person onsite support team as well as one external resource across multiple locations (Stuttgart, Pliening near Munich, Gloucester UK, and Kalmar, Sweden)
• Ensuring that KPIs, such as SLA compliance, are met through effective business performance management
• Acting as the main point of contact for the business in the event of ticket escalations
• Serving as the primary interface to the external 1st-level support service provider and working closely with the provider's team lead to ensure KPIs are met and high-quality support is delivered
• In an Intune Autopilot environment, ensuring the timely provisioning of hardware by the team
• Actively supporting the team by directly working on support tickets

What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit:

• Proven experience in leading onsite and field support teams
• Experience working in an environment with outsourced 1st-level support
• Strong expertise in Mac support combined with extensive experience in managing Microsoft 365 environments
• Knowledge of warehouse environments, including Android scanners and barcode printers, would be an advantage
• Customer centricity, demonstrated by leading through example
