Key Account Manager

We're seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Kaiser Kraft Hungary. This role offers excellent career growth potential for professionals with some experience who are looking to develop their career in key account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support group leads and ensure their needs are met efficiently
  • Develop new group lead relationships (warm acquisition rather than cold calling)
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape
  • Identify and develop customer potential within assigned accounts
  • Manage contracts, pricing, and margins for your customer groups
  • Promote our comprehensive service packages (eBusiness, EDI, customer service solutions, campaign offerings)
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers within your accounts
  • Contribute to new customer acquisition strategies
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and manage campaigns effectively
  • Handle offer management according to company guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with Account Sales Managers (ASM) and Internal Sales Managers (ISM)
  • Understand internal and external processes to better serve as a consultant to customers
  • Effectively manage your resources to achieve targets
  • Assist in leadership functions alongside ASM/Regional Sales Managers
  • Analyze sales and customer metrics to improve performance
  • Take on special projects as needed

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
  • Very strong ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM systems
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English
