Qualifications & Experience: Degree in Statistics or Mathematics or Business or Economics Data Science

• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Key responsibilities:

• Support data-driven analysis to inform business, operational, and strategic decision-making across the Takealot Group.
• Assist in collecting, cleaning, validating, and analysing datasets related to customers, operations, finance, or commercial performance.
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel, Google Sheets, and internal analytics tools.
• Support modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis to solve complex business problems.
• Assist in identifying trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities through statistical and quantitative analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by analysing processes and recommending data-backed solutions.

This is a contract position
