HR Generalist

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist who can independently manage recruitment (selection), onboarding/offboarding processes, and daily HR administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and possess strong cross-functional communication skills. This role plays a key part in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily HR tasks including employee onboarding/offboarding, employment contracts, and personnel records.
  • Assist with job postings, screening, scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and escalate issues as needed.
  • Help organize performance review cycles and maintain documentation.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain HR data and prepare basic reports (headcount, turnover, etc.).
  • Handle HR-related requests and expense claims via internal BPM systems.
  • Assist with work permit and visa applications for foreign employees.
  • Ad hoc HR project.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist or HR operations role in Taiwan.
  • Familiarity with Taiwan labor laws and statutory benefits.
  • Experienced in using ATS tools and internal BPM systems.
  • Prior experience handling foreign employee visa/work permit applications is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrates discretion when handling confidential or sensitive employee information.
