What We Are Looking For
• A strong leader who can hold staff accountable while building trust
• Someone who can teach and coach, not just supervise
• A candidate committed to staying long term and stabilizing the account
• Experience correcting operational habits, food cost issues or production inconsistencies
• Ability to work with long term district employees and build cooperative relationships
• Strong communication and relationship building skills at all levels
• K 12 experience is preferred, but strong leadership in food service or hospitality is accepted
• Experience with ordering, inventory, forecasting and budget management
• Ability to manage a fast paced environment with multiple locations
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in K 12 nutrition programs
• Prior management of satellite or multi site food service operations
• Experience training and coaching staff
• ServSafe Manager Certification
