Essential functions include:

• Providing the highest quality of guest service at all times
• Executing recipes to the letter
• Following all food safety and sanitation expectations
• Following and completing production sheets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet deadlines in completion of daily workload
• Set up and tear down of workstation
• Polite and professional communication style
• Understands and utilizes FIFO
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils
• Properly operates a meat slicer and executes proper knife handling
• All other duties as requested by the leadership team
