Food Service Worker

  6. Stand for extended periods while performing food preparation and service duties.
  7. Follow all safety protocols to prevent food contamination and ensure a safe working environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks requiring dexterity.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students and staff.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a food service or cafeteria environment.
  • Certification in food handling or sanitation.
  • Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed during the school year.
