Sales Operations & Enablement Intern

As a Sales Operations & Enablement Intern, you'll work side-by-side with our GTM leadership to speed up and scale our revenue engine. You'll streamline processes across Business Development, New Sales, and Upsells/Customer Value, keep our GTM reporting sharp, and turn findings into clear insights that help the team move faster and smarter - without getting stuck in repetitive work.

Your Tasks

• Automate and optimize with Clay and n8n: Design, test, and maintain workflows that improve lead enrichment, routing, handoffs, and follow-ups across BizDev, New Sales, and Upsell
• Understand our GTM data like no one else: Get an overview of our funnel health and B2B SaaS sales dynamics
• Run targeted GTM analyses: Execute focused investigations to diagnose problems and create transparency for GTM leadership
• Create visibility and alignment: Translate data into updates and recommendations the team can act on immediately
• Improve processes continuously: Document what works, retire what doesn't, and propose pragmatic changes that raise the team's execution speed

Your Profile

• You are motivated to build something from the ground up and enjoy working hands-on and self-driven
• You have gained first professional experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• You have a natural curiosity and are eager to dive deep into our processes and understand the complexities of our work and our customers
• You are a strong communicator and have excellent written and personal communication skills in German and English
• No deep technical background required; a bit of familiarity with tools (e.g., spreadsheets, Clay, n8n) helps, but most challenges are solvable with logic and persistence
