HR Consultant Position

We at Tacting are currently facing a growing need among our clients in the areas of Compensation & Benefits, salary structure, and salary transparency. Therefore, we are now seeking a permanent HR consultant for our office in Stockholm who wants to help build up our operations on site and meet the increased demand in the region. You will be the second HR consultant in Stockholm and, together with your colleague, will shape the working methods, grow the client base, and help develop Tacting locally.

As an HR consultant with us, you are an important piece in the delivery to our clients. Most of your working time will be spent on HR assignments with clients, where the assignments vary over time from strategic to operational, short to long. The role initially has a particular focus on Compensation & Benefits and assignments related to salary structure, salary mapping, transparency, and regulatory compliance, but also includes breadth within the HR field and can vary over time.

Your duties will include:

• HR support towards our clients, initially with a focus on salary structure, policies, gender equality analyses, support in implementing new processes and systems, etc.
• Development of our HR services
• Recruitment assignments as needed

Your working days will vary depending on the needs of our clients, and can range from three to five days a week on assignments with clients. The rest of the time can consist of shorter HR assignments, business development, or perhaps team development. To a large extent, you will be shaping your role based on your assignments.

About you:

We are looking for someone who has a great interest in HR issues and wants to work at the forefront in this area. You are confident in your role, used to working consultatively, and enjoy varying between different assignments and organizations.

Furthermore, you have a great drive and commitment that makes you contribute to the development and progress of Tacting. You genuinely care about your clients and want to give them the support they need, but also understand the importance of your work as a consultant being profitable. You have good social skills and can easily create favorable relationships both internally and with your clients.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in qualified HR work, preferably with a focus on salary structure or similar areas
• University degree in personnel and working life or equivalent
• Swedish and English spoken and written
• Comfortable with presenting and pitching in small and large contexts
• B driving license

Meritorious:

• Experience in own leadership or worked in leading functions
