Tacting Recruitment Consultant Internship

We at Tacting are approximately 15 employees working from our offices in Karlstad, Stockholm, and Oslo. Our primary areas of business are Recruitment, HR, and Organization, as well as Marketing. We conduct competency-based recruitment processes with a focus on quality simply, and we also continuously work with our clients in areas such as leadership development and individual development.

Are you curious about what it's like to work as a recruitment consultant with clients in various industries and positions throughout the organization? Come and do your internship spring 2026 with us at Tacting! Here you will get to try out different parts of the recruitment process together with a positive bunch where the days always go fast.

As an intern with us at Tacting, you will get to test a lot, but above all, you will be supporting our recruitment consultants in their daily work. This means that you will be an important piece in the delivery to our clients. Examples of tasks that may be included in your internship are booking candidates for interviews, conducting search work to find the right candidates for our processes, writing ads, and participating in interviews and client meetings. Simply the tasks that are needed during your internship, and other tasks within the HR area may also come.

We are looking for you who:

• Are studying PA/HR at university or college.
• Have an easy time expressing yourself in Swedish and English verbally and in writing.
• Can easily handle digital tools.
• Have a passion for understanding people and their potential.
• Have an interest in recruitment and want to learn more about it.

To succeed in the role, you have the following personal qualities:

• You have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Hopefully, you will get to try out many new things and it is important that you enjoy it!
• You have a great drive and commitment and you like to contribute in big and small ways.
• You are a relationship builder who gets energy from meeting other people. With us, a large part of your day will consist of contact searching in various forms.

We believe in tests and to practice at Tacting you need to do the same. With the help of capacity tests and personality profile analysis, we will make an objective assessment of how you can handle your tasks with us during your internship and at the same time minimize the risk of discrimination and special treatment.

When the last application deadline has passed, those applicants whose expectations match what we can offer will be able to do tests. Those applicants whose tests match the criteria we set for the internship position will be called for an interview.
