A Taco Cabana Regional Catering Sales Manager will execute sales and business development strategies as directed by the Director of Digital and Off-Premise Sales. They will plan, develop, and grow sales by increasing catering sales in all restaurants in assigned territory to meet budgeted sales plan. Regional Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with current and potential catering guests in a way that provides helpful solutions. This position is for an individual who is comfortable interacting with a high volume of guests via phone and email. A successful Catering Sales Manager will build sales and cultivate relationships that produce profitable sales, with positive energy, respect and accountability.
