Tabs is an AI-powered revenue automation platform for B2B businesses. Using the power of AI, Tabs is able to understand and extract elements from even the most complex B2B contracts and then power automated billing, revenue recognition and reporting workflows. Our customers use Tabs to eliminate manual work, collect cash faster, streamline operations, and increase business model flexibility. Tabs is a Series A hyper growth company based in New York that has raised $35m to date from top-tier VCs like Lightspeed and Primary Ventures.

We are putting together a group of hard charging engineers, scientists, product managers, and product designers to join the AI Team as Members of the Technical Staff across all levels of experience. This is an in person role in New York City.

You will own building automation, AI, and ML features from concept to release.

You will grow your world-class expertise and share it with your peers.

You will design new products and initiatives within the company.

Incubated at Primary Ventures and backed by Lightspeed and General Catalyst.

Executive team of exited founders across hardware, software, and finance domains.

Series B recently closed and exponential revenue growth.

Proven track record of expertise in at least one area of computational research, automation, data engineering, data science, software engineering, mathematics, computer science, or other hard sciences.

Those with engineering and data science backgrounds must have either a Masters Degree and 3+ years of industry experience developing and shipping products OR a Bachelors Degree and 5+ years of industry experience, with strong command of machine learning tools and techniques.

Those with scientific backgrounds must have A Doctorate from a top research institution AND 1+ years of industry experience or a postdoctoral fellowship.

Those with a product management background must have Substantial academic and industry experience as an engineer AND 2+ years shipping and owning new products at a startup technology company.

Deep comfort working in Python is required. Bonus points if you have exposure to R, MATLAB, TypeScript/JavaScript, and C.

Not everyone is good at school, comes from the same means, or fits into a pretty box.

We follow a rapid, transparent process with our candidates. Here are the stages:

Up to 3 calls with company leadership (Head of AI, CTO, Head of Product) within one week of CV interest.

In-person office visit to meet potential teammates and other leaders (CEO, Head of Ops, eng leads)

Discussion with hiring manager and verbal offer extended; accept within 12 hours.
