We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our Chat team, which develops critical customer support products: mobile apps (iOS, Android, Flutter), web chat, B2B tools, email channels, and chatbots. This role combines manual and automated testing, with a strong focus on backend and integrations, while also contributing to QA processes and release cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Test functionality across mobile apps (iOS, Android, Flutter), web components (chat, CRM, Helpdesk), and backend services;
• Participate in mobile release cycles (weekly releases for Android/iOS), ensuring product quality and stability;
• Develop and maintain automated tests for backend services (primary focus), with additional automation for web and mobile as a plus;
• Work with APIs, integrations, and load testing;
• Contribute to QA planning, test strategies, and shift-left practices;
• Identify issues proactively, propose improvements, and drive QA initiatives within the team.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 3+ years of QA experience, including both manual and automation;
• Hands-on experience testing mobile applications (iOS/Android; Flutter is a plus);
• Strong automation experience on backend systems (Java, Python, C#, Go, or similar — language is flexible, experience matters most);
• Solid knowledge of API testing and integration scenarios;
• Basic exposure to mobile and web automation (Swift, Kotlin, TypeScript, Playwright are a plus);
• Experience with performance/load testing tools (Locust, JMeter, etc.) is an advantage;
• Proactive mindset: ability to spot problems, suggest improvements, and take ownership.

Nice to Have

• Experience in high-load systems (fintech, e-commerce, communication platforms);
• Background in building QA processes and introducing best practices in teams;
• Exposure to chatbots, NLP, or GPT-based systems.

Relocation: We offer remote work from anywhere in the world and are happy to work out an individual relocation plan for you. Our employees have the opportunity to choose a country for registration: at the moment those are Armenia/Georgia/Serbia/Portugal/Spain. We will help you open a legal entity and a bank account. In Armenia and Georgia the taxes are compensated by Tabby. In other countries we provide partial compensation of taxes. We employ according to B2B contracts (service agreements).
