Key Responsibilities

Development and implementation of credit policies and risk assessment strategies in accordance with the requirements of business customers (risk and antifraud department). Monitoring the operation of the decision-making system and assessing the effect of the implemented changes. Development and automation of test scripts for the changes made. Testing algorithms and elements of a credit decision-making strategy. Full analysis of the credit decision-making strategy in terms of technical implementation, search and elimination of errors.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

0.5 years of relevant experience at tech/fintech products as Engineer. Experience with SQL and Python is a must. Fluent communication in English (B2 or higher). Ability to work in a stressful environment typical of startups.
