Job Title
Overview: Engage with customers in a fast-paced customer service department. Troubleshoot Balemaster equipment via phone or on-site visit. Perform on-site service and maintenance for customers' baling equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively and possess strong verbal, written, listening, and troubleshooting skills
- Four-year engineering degree (mechanical or electrical preferred, others considered)
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time throughout North America
- Valid driver's license required; passport recommended
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Customer service skills
- Computer and Internet knowledge
- Fluent Spanish is a plus
Physical Requirements: Heavy industrial environment with mechanical activities requiring personal protective equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:
