Field Service Engineer

Job Title

Overview: Engage with customers in a fast-paced customer service department. Troubleshoot Balemaster equipment via phone or on-site visit. Perform on-site service and maintenance for customers' baling equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively and possess strong verbal, written, listening, and troubleshooting skills
• Four-year engineering degree (mechanical or electrical preferred, others considered)
• Ability to travel up to 70% of the time throughout North America
• Valid driver's license required; passport recommended
• Attention to detail and highly organized
• Customer service skills
• Computer and Internet knowledge
• Fluent Spanish is a plus

Physical Requirements: Heavy industrial environment with mechanical activities requiring personal protective equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

• Stand for extended periods of time
• Sit, stoop, bend, reach above shoulders
• Lift 100 pounds

Pay Rate & Schedule: Full-time, based on a 50-hour work week Monday - Friday with weekends as needed
