What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the strategy, development, and deployment of SHG's (SLM data Hardware Group) design flows and EDA tool methodologies, ensuring alignment with business goals and accelerated growth.
- Architect and continuously enhance digital design and verification flows, promoting automation and scalability at the digital top hierarchy.
- Drive the evaluation, selection, and integration of industry-leading EDA tools, supporting both internal and external technology requirements.
- Champion the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs for the engineering design community, leveraging domain experts across the organization.
- Collaborate across disciplines to achieve consensus on design methodologies, flows, and tools, ensuring best practices are adopted company-wide.
- Build, mentor, and lead a diverse global team, fostering a culture of innovation, growth, and operational excellence.
- Continuously analyze and improve the efficiency, quality, and reliability of design flows to meet evolving industry standards and customer expectations.

What You'll Need:
- BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
- 15+ years in digital SOC design, methodology, and EDA solutions, with a track record of success in leadership roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in full-custom transistor level and ASIC design methodologies, including experience with digital, analog, and mixed signal flows.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry-standard EDA tools and technologies, including tool evaluation, deployment, and support.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Perl, TCL, SKILL, and Shell for workflow automation.
- Experience with version control tools (e.g., Perforce, DesignSync), and familiarity with web technologies and big data analytics.
- Strong understanding of the semiconductor design, manufacturing, test processes, and supply chain operations.
