Drive sales to achieve and exceed revenue and booking goals, building robust pipelines and expanding Synopsys EDA product usage within enterprise accounts.
Serve as the primary technical sales contact for Synopsys' EDA software, leading cross-functional teams from R&D, Field Support, and Product Marketing to execute account strategies.
Create and nurture both immediate and long-term business opportunities based on a deep understanding of enterprise customer needs.
Develop and maintain relationships at executive, senior technical management, and key contributor levels within major accounts.
Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers, Field Applications Engineers, and Product Applications Engineers to meet and exceed team sales objectives.
Lead account planning, project management, and coordination of technical resources to address customer implementation challenges.
Develop and direct complex technical sales plans, including competitive displacement strategies and business agreements to achieve account objectives.
Respond to information requests and inquiries from customers, executives, and the global Synopsys team.
Coordinate the preparation of business proposals, working with internal teams such as legal, finance, and order processing to close deals efficiently.

B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
7 to 10 years of technical selling experience in EDA or semiconductor sales, with a proven track record of success.
Deep understanding of IC implementation, verification flows, and methodologies, as well as the end-to-end sales process.
Experience working with large enterprise customers on complex SoC projects; adjacent technology knowledge in IP and HW is a plus.
Ability and willingness to be located close to customer sites in Bangalore (relocation considered).
Proficiency in office productivity software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.) and CRM tools.
Exceptional communicator with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
