Our Silicon On Lifecycle Management (SLM) business is all about building next-generation intelligent in-chip sensors, hardware/software capabilities, and analytics for technology products to manage and improve every stage of the semiconductor lifecycle. As part of the rapidly expanding Hardware-Analytics and Test (HAT) group, we deliver the world's first full hardware IP, test, and end-to-end analytics platform to accelerate integration, optimize performance, power, area, schedule, and yield, and enhance reliability. SLM enables differentiated products to reach market quickly with reduced risk, meeting the unique challenges of diverse applications.

You are a highly experienced professional and an innovative thinker with a deep passion for technology and exceptional problem-solving skills. With a robust background in Electrical Engineering, you specialize in IP integration, customer support and possess extensive expertise in IC design. You excel in collaborative environments, working closely with customers to fully understand their needs and deliver state-of-the-art solutions. Your ability to multitask and prioritize effectively positions you as a valuable asset in dynamic, project-driven settings. Committed to customer success, you provide comprehensive technical support and training to ensure optimal satisfaction. Your outstanding communication skills facilitate effective interactions with both end-users and managers, establishing you as a trusted advisor and partner throughout their design and implementation processes.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborating closely with Synopsys' customers to integrate state-of-the-art PVT sensor IPs—such as Process/Voltage/Temperature—into their ASIC SoC systems.
  • Providing expert guidance throughout the SoC flow, ensuring seamless IP integration and optimal system performance.
  • Being the support focal point for customers and having direct responsibility for the full cycle of support communications between Synopsys and its customer.
  • Supporting various internal teams with technical knowledge of the available products and associated services.
  • Running simulations and verification to assist in debugging customer issues.
  • Analyzing and processing silicon data from various sources and comparing against simulation data.
  • Running layout tools and reviewing DRC violations reported by customers.
  • Review and recommend, as part of continuous improvement, internal technical documentation to support the integration and the use of the available products to customers. This includes preparing specification data books, application notes, internal technical reports and guidelines that will accompany the product documentation.
  • Ensuring customer requests are provided in a timely manner as prescribed by customer agreement.
  • Proactively identify, suggest and contribute to the development and improvement of support process, systems and delivery mechanisms as part of continuous improvement for services to customers.
  • Support the development and delivery of product training to both internal and external stakeholders when required.
  • Attend customer calls to support technical questions and integration of products onto customer SoC's.

The Impact You Will Have:

  • Advance the development of industry-leading SLM hardware and analytics solutions, reinforcing Synopsys' leadership in the semiconductor ecosystem.
  • Enable customers to integrate, monitor, and optimize their products faster, reducing risk and accelerating time-to-market.
  • Drive improvements in chip performance, power efficiency, and reliability for a broad spectrum of applications.
  • Shape the technical direction of the SLM product line, ensuring scalability and adaptability to future industry trends.
  • Enhance the value proposition of Synopsys' solutions through continuous innovation and deep technical expertise.
  • Foster strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders, contributing to successful customer deployments and satisfaction.
  • Empower the engineering team through knowledge sharing, mentorship, and technical leadership.

What You'll Need:
